IMPORTANT NOTICES: 

The lettering is not painted, but rather it is made with a personally designed vinyl decal for a more professional look, and then topped with a layer of protective finish. 

******* The names and date will appear on your sign exactly like you enter them in the notes. All names and dates will be in ALL CAPS and the date in the format listed above, unless you specifically leave a note otherwise.

By submitting your order, you agree to all shop policies, thank you! 

We require 50% of the cost of the sign before starting.  Once details are emailed, an invoice will be emailed over and you can pay directly online.
 

Our processing time varies seasonally, Please be aware that processing time does not including shipping time, so please add 3-5 business days on top of processing time. If you are concerned about receiving your item in time for your event make sure to contact us! Rushed processing is available, but only if you contact us PRIOR to placing your order, so that we can make sure that it is feasible, and so that we are aware of your timeline.

• All of our signs are unique. We allow the natural beauty of the wood to show through, so expect slight variations in grain and color.

Returns & exchanges 
If a problem occurs, contact me within: 3 days of delivery.  Ship items back within: 7 days of delivery 
We do not accept returns or exchanges except for in certain circumstances. All returns are done on a case by case basis, and communication with the shop owner is necessary.  
If your product is not as you have expected, we will work with you to help alleviate any issues and possibly refund or replace said products. Once you have received your order you have 3 days to contact the seller about a possible return.  

For products that arrive damaged, please contact the seller for replacement within 72 hours of receiving the product. A refund will not necessarily be given in this situation, but a replacement of the whole product, or missing piece will be sent.  

Orders can only be canceled within a 24 hours after purchase. Custom orders will be subject to a 20% restocking fee upon cancelation.
